The study will explore key areas such as infrastructure, energy, agriculture, education, health and tourism, focusing on growth opportunities and challenges. The aim is to provide an in-depth analysis of potential projects, identify the resources required, determine the expected socio-economic benefits and support informed decision-making for the country’s development.

The actions

The team set up by Cayambe carried out the following actions:

  • Determine priorities based on the country’s development objectives and the needs of its population
  • Identify and assess the natural, financial, human and technological resources available in the country, as well as institutional capacities and potential partnerships.
  • Carry out market research to assess potential demand for proposed projects
  • Analyze the financial profitability of projects and assess their overall socio-economic impact
  • Analyze risks and constraints: identify risks and constraints related to project implementation, such as environmental aspects, political stability, legal and regulatory constraints, as well as social and cultural factors
  • Provide specific recommendations for each project, outlining milestones, resource requirements, potential partnerships, implementation strategies and monitoring and evaluation indicators
  • Organize consultations with stakeholders, including government, local communities, potential investors and civil society organizations, to generate active support for and participation in development projects
